Complete, Simple and Full of Ideas

As a chef I am constantly looking for new ideas. Bought this book ... and GOLDMINE!
First of all, the content is great. The types of canapes are broken down for you and there are great ideas in each type ... whether you want fried, baked, on a crostini or stick ... etc.
The photography is also fantastic and allows you to scan through the book quickly to find what you are looking for.
And finally, the flavor pairings and profiles are equally great ... with something for every taste.
This is one of those books you find on my shelf with all kinds of sticky notes protruding out of the pages.
Buy this book once ... and you will use it as a reference for a very long time ... there is just too many ideas not to try.
